Superfoods – Hemp Seeds
When I started living RAW — I was inundated, and frankly, overwhelmed by all the new terms, techniques and super foods that were flying at me at warped speed. Chia, Spirulina, Flax Seed, Maca, Matcha, Goji Berries, Hemp Seeds., etc. One by one, I’d purchase them and experiment with them by either finding recipes that included them, or by adding them into my smoothies. I find that with my very busy lifestyle — it is sometimes easier to find and follow someone else’s already proven recipe. That is why, when I find one that I feel “works”, I LOVE TO SHARE it with others!
Try this recipe at home. If you’re missing ingredients, like I was — don’t sweat it. If you want to add ingredients that you feel would benefit the recipe, then add it! Whatever you do and however, you make it — the one thing that you must do is
